Select the items you wish to include in your Cudgel War event experience and press the "Calculate" button. The calculator will tell you the total price of your selections.
Select the nights and days you will be attending the event. One night means a period of roughly 24 hours, which is counted by the nights. If you're going to visit the camp during a day, but are not staying overnight, select a day trip for that day. This is the basic site fee that everyone must pay to participate in the event.
The basic
If you're staying for 1-4 nights, the price for one night is 5.50 or
6 euros, depending on your SCA membership status.
If you're staying for 5-9 nights, the price for one night is 4.50 or
5 euros, again depending on your SCA membership status.
A day trip costs 5 or 6 euros for one day, still depending on your
SCA membership status.
However, if you both register to the event and pay your participation fee early enough, you'll get
Indoor sleeping means you get a place for sleeping indoors. There are a few beds available, and foreign visitors and people who are staying for all or most of the camp have precedence when the beds are allocated. The rest are given some crash space on the floor. Bed or not, sleeping indoors costs 2 euros per night for everyone.
If you have selected all the nights, i.e. the whole event, the special discount for whole event's attendance will be deducted from your price total.
Select the meals you wish to participate in. Please note that all
meals must be reserved in advance and paid along with your other
participation fees!
Breakfast costs 1 euro, afternoon snack 2 euros, and warm dinner 4 euros.
Small feast on Wednesday costs 7 euros and grand feast on latter
Saturday costs 10 euros.
If you stay for the whole event and select all the available meals, the special discount for an "all-inclusive" event will be deducted from your price total.
Members of the SCA or Suomen Keskiaikaseura pay less for the event! So please remember to bring your membership card with you to the event.
