In 1963, "KNOWBODY ELSE" was born in Black Oak, Arkansas.
In 1964, "KNOWBODY ELSE" was learning, creating, dreaming and starving.
In 1965, "KNOWBODY ELSE" was misunderstood.
In 1966, "KNOWBODY ELSE" was sentenced to twenty-six years at Tucker Prison Farm for theft
of local High School
Public Address System ... needed equipment. Sentence suspended.
In 1967, "KNOWBODY ELSE" was scorned by the straight world ... rejected by Uncle Sam.
In 1968, "KNOWBODY ELSE" went to New Orleans; turned on the French Quarter with their music.

In 1969, "KNOWBODY ELSE" wandered into Stax Records, introducing one of the most unique sounds
in the Company's
history since Redding.
