Some members and their Saabs

Tero Hongisto's 7-person Saab 95 V4 1.5 is one of the 165 built Saab 95s during the year 1974 (serial.no. 130). Tero has been driving it since -89.

Riku Kopra has two Saabs, 900c and 900 SPG. Riku has a challenging project to replace 900c:s techinque with SPGs, since the SPG is not registered (in the picture).

Matti Lehtola is one the most active members in the club. He has two 96s, 2-stroke 96 -64 and 96 V4 -72. In the picture is his 2-stroke 96 -64.

Juha Lehtonen is the chairman of our club. He owns more that ten Saabs from 93 to 900 Cabriolet. Shown is 2-stroke 96 yearmodel -66 that was used in a movie called "Sutki". Behind it smiles Saab 900 Cabriolet.

Pekka Martikainen hunted his -89 900 Aero almost a year, because there are not so many Aeros in Finland, only a few dozen. But it was worth to wait.

Kari Sillanpää is a proud owner of a 1958 Saab 93 DeLuxe, which was imported from Sweden in 1995. Nowadays the car has Finnish licence plates and when the summer evenings get cool in the forests of Herwood (located in Hervanta), you can hear the beat of the jungle drum and see the smoke signals...

Tero Säärelä bought his first Saab in 1994 before messing two years with Ford. His Saab 99 is yearmodel -84, which is equipped with adjustable air shock absorbers. He has also a 96 -75 which waits in a barn for restoration.
